Frequently asked questions

Quick answers

How accurate are calorie estimates?

Calorie and macro values are AI-generated estimates based on what is visible in the image. Portion size, hidden ingredients, oils and preparation methods can change the real value. Review every result before saving it.

What happens when no food is detected?

The scan is completed with zero calories and no meal is created. It is free during the active trial and may be billable after the trial because the image was successfully processed.

Why did a scan fail?

A scan can fail because of an unsupported or corrupt image, lost internet connection, AI service timeout or another technical problem. Technical failures are non-billable and can normally be retried.

How does the free trial work?

New customers receive a free trial with a daily scan allowance configured by the administrator. After the trial, successful scans remain subject to a separate daily limit and are charged at the current price shown in Billing, then grouped into a monthly invoice.

How do I update my health profile?

Open Profile → Health Profile to update height, weight, birth date, sex, activity level and nutrition goal. Your daily targets and progress insights use this information.

How do I delete my account?

Open Profile → Privacy & Settings → Delete Account. Read the confirmation carefully, because deletion removes access and may permanently remove associated data subject to legal retention requirements.

Notifications arrive, but tapping does not open the app
